Belcan are currently looking to hire a Manufacturing engineer to work for our Aerospace client in Prestwick location for 18 months contract.
Manufacturing engineer will have experience working for pressure vessels / cryogenics / hydrogen / nitrogen / fuel systems / test rigs/ any pressurized gas cylinder.
What will you be doing?
- As a Manufacturing process engineer, you will be working very closely with Design and Stress team.
- Liaise with Design and Stress team, and will be involved in performing test rigs.
- You will be involved in design test and industrial test reviews.
- Manufacturing engineer will be involved in building test articles, test reports and feedback the same to team.
- Work closely with Sourcing & Purchasing team
What is required from you?
- Previous experience working on pressure vessels/cryogenics/hydrogen/nitrogen/fuel systems/test rigs/any pressurized gas cylinder.
- We are looking for experienced Manufacturing process engineer, who has experience in pressure vessels/cryogenics/hydrogen/nitrogen/fuel systems/test rigs/any pressurized gas cylinder.
- Industry experience: Aerospace, Oil & Gas, subsea or any industry.
- Software experience: Catia V5, SAP and MBSE (Model-based Systems Engineering)- Desirable
