Join Our Client's Cutting-Edge Team as a Principal Power Electronics Engineer!
Are you ready to revolutionize the future of space systems? We're seeking a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead the charge in designing and owning cutting-edge projects. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of power electronics, shaping circuits and systems throughout the development process and you will be:-
- Diving into two exciting areas: optimized point-of-load converters for RF and digital modules (ranging from 1W to 50W) and standalone dc-dc converter modules (20W to 500W).
- Tackling isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters, solar power converters with maximum power point tracking, magnetics design, system-level power management, and more.
As a principal engineer, you'll own hardware designs from concept to production. Think product roadmaps, block diagrams, PCB layouts, and in-orbit support and you can share your expertise with the team, serving as a technical and professional mentor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 9 years of industry or research experience in power electronics design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Proven success in designing, testing, and deploying power electronics products.
- Proficiency in Altium and PCB layout for power circuits.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments like oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Space electronics design and qualification.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and mitigation techniques.
