The Opportunity
Belcan Workforce Solutions are working with a market-leading Petrochemical client to find a Project Manager to join their project team as an Execution Planning Analyst based in Fife.
Due to a growing portfolio, our client is looking to expand their planning team based in Fife. The Execution Planning Analyst will work closely with the Senior Planner, the integrated project organisation at the site, and third-party contractors throughout the lifecycle of all projects across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will coordinate the development of execution planning deliverables using Primavera P6, ensuring quality work products throughout the Front-End Execution Planning (FEEP) process. You will also monitor and report on FEEP progress to stakeholders, obtain functional and project management agreement on specified deliverables, and provide expertise during project reviews and assessments. Monitoring the project status and issues during the execute stage of the project using Primavera P6 to support the project team with schedule recovery planning, incentive plans, etc. Additionally, you'll mentor new engineers and contribute to the development of work tasks for campus hires.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering preferred.
- Experience in oil and gas/petrochemical industry.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Execution Manager..
- Prior experience of leadership roles; managing capital projects, experience in all phases of project execution, and international assignments.
- Flexibility for international business travel as required
